END OF TENANCY CLEANING

Just like our domestic cleaners, we provide an unrivalled professional, friendly and reliable cleaning service for all types of properties, irrespective of how big or small they may be.

Our end of tenancy cleaners are well experienced, work solely for us and are thoroughly vetted and fully insured. Unlike a lot of our competitors, we do not employ cleaners through random agencies. This ensures full safety and security of your property, valuables and provides extra comfort knowing that your keys are in safe hands.

We fully understand the importance of being responsible and reliable when it comes to picking up and dropping off keys. We do this by acknowledging the importance of good communication and by continually ensuring that it is consistent with all of our clients. 

Most 'End of Tenancies' requires a 'Deep End of Tenancy' clean which includes:

  • A thorough dust down (in all nooks and crannies, including skirting boards and door frames)
  • Intense polishing (including glass tables and mirrors)
  • Vacuuming
  • Brushing and mopping
  • Internal window cleaning
  • Fridge (inside and out)
  • Kitchen cupboards (inside and out)
  • Underneath/behind furniture (sofa, fridge, washing machine etc.)
  • Full bathroom 'wet wash'

We can also provide a scaled down version should your property not require a 'Deep End of Tenancy' clean at a lower cost. 


If required and as an added supplement to your End of Tenancy clean, we can also provide oven cleaning. 


Note

In order for us to be able to do our work efficiently and appropriately, please make sure that the property has hot running water and electricity prior to our arrival. Also, please make sure that all areas that require cleaning are accessible and that all items have been removed from the kitchen cupboards, fridge/freezer and bathrooms prior to our arrival. It's equally important that the fridge/freezer is turned off in advance before our arrival. Defrosting a freezer can be time consuming and this may result to a further charge if we are asked to do so.
